Cancellation and Refund Policy
Terms for monthly subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, and low-quality OCR reprocessing.

An authorized workspace administrator may request cancellation from the billing screen or Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Access continues through the paid period unless the provider or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund requests
Send refund requests to help@incode-labs.net with the workspace and purchase email. Eligibility depends on applicable law, Lemon Squeezy terms, service usage, and the reason for the request.
Usage considered
Review may consider uploaded documents, OCR or AI processing, searches, schedules, governance results, storage, invited users, and reprocessing credits already consumed.
Processing failures
A failed job may still consume processing resources. If a verified service failure prevents normal processing, ContractVault may restore usage or coordinate an appropriate remedy.
Low-quality OCR
Documents with low OCR confidence may qualify for included reprocessing credits after a clearer PDF is uploaded. Repeated requests without an improved source may be restricted.
Provider terms
Payment, tax, chargeback, and refund processing may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer and payment terms shown during checkout.
